RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that there is no cooling-off period for trailers.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Licensed trailers

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
